These terms govern purchases from We Have All Parts, a retail operation of Buddy Labs LLC.
1. Seller and scope
These terms govern purchases through We Have All Parts checkout. For those orders, you buy the item from Buddy Labs LLC, doing business as We Have All Parts, at the checkout price. We may buy the item from a manufacturer, distributor, marketplace, or other supplier. Our supplier and cost are confidential. When a part page names another seller, that seller takes payment and its terms apply.
2. Product identification and equipment fit
Compare the part number, model, revision, serial range, voltage, connector, dimensions, and other listed limits with your equipment before ordering or installation. A confirmed part number does not replace professional engineering, electrical, medical, or safety judgment.
3. Price, tax, and payment
The listed price is available without an account. Applicable sales tax is added based on the delivery location. Standard parcel shipping is included only when the checkout or item page says so. Freight, expedited, international, or special handling charges require a separate written quote. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own privacy and security terms.
4. Order acceptance
A payment receipt confirms that we received your order. Before shipment, we may cancel and fully refund an item that is unavailable, materially mispriced, restricted, recalled, incompatible with the order details, or unavailable from the listed seller. We will not substitute another part without your approval. After supplier fulfillment begins, cancellation may be unavailable or subject to a disclosed nonrecoverable charge.
5. Shipping, returns, warranties, and seller links
Our shipping, return, and warranty policies apply to our checkout. More restrictive item terms shown before payment take priority. We handle support even when a supplier ships directly. For another seller’s checkout, that seller’s shipping, return, warranty, privacy, and support terms apply. Our affiliate disclosure covers compensated links.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site to identify, compare, request, and purchase parts for lawful purposes. You may not scrape protected content at disruptive volume, test the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, interfere with another customer, or use the service to violate export, sanctions, safety, or intellectual-property law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Except for the express customer remedies stated in writing, the site and catalog are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses, lost production, lost profit, or equipment damage caused by an incorrect installation, undisclosed equipment variation, misuse, or a decision to disregard stated constraints. Nothing here limits liability or a customer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law and changes
Georgia law governs these terms without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply at the delivery location. A court with jurisdiction in Fulton County, Georgia may hear disputes that are not otherwise resolved. We may update these terms prospectively. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
